How to Place an Order
Welcome to www.PrinterMaster.com. We have tried very hard to design a web site, which
is easy to navigate and is secure. The menu on the left of every screen
can start you off in searching, placing your orders, checking the status
of your previous orders and getting information about www.PrinterMaster.com

Search
There is a quick search option on the top left corner of every page with
the GO button. This requires an actual part number. Enter the OEM
part number or ours. It must be exact.

Our powerful search engine makes it quick and easy to find what you're
after. Our search engine culls through thousands of items and delivers
rapid results. To use our detail search engine, simply click on the Search
link located on the bottom and top of every page. You can tailor your results to suit
your needs by selecting from Product Description and/or Category
and/or Manufacturer and you could combine these elements in a more
advanced Search. Unless you know
the exact part number, the easiest way to search is from the Product
Description. Entering the model number and item will return all items that
match. i.e. Entering ( 5si toner ) will return all brands of toner we have
for the HP 5SI laser.
Search
Results
After our search engine has culled through our database to complete your
search, you'll see a list of items that fit the criteria you've specified.
This list contains basic information about each selection; for more
information, you can click on any individual item to see a detailed page
describing that particular item. You will also see if the item is on Sale...,

and our Discounted Price. Once you locate the item you're looking for, you
can add it to your Shopping Basket by clicking on the Click to
Buy This Item button. . .

Items will stay in your Shopping Basket for up to 30 days, and you may
order them at any time
Your Shopping Basket
The BASKET tab on top of the screen is the Shopping Basket button...
On top of the Shopping Basket page, you are reminded to retrieve
your Existing Customer information if you have purchased from www.PrinterMaster.com before.
Then the items are listed with their information and pricing. There is
also a space provided for your comments regarding the order.
To remove an item from your shopping basket click on...

You may also change an item's quantity. Remember to click on Update Order,
after you've changed quantity or added a comment.

At this point you could either Continue Shopping, Place your
Order or Cancel your Order.
Order Status
To check your Order Status you can use 'My Account' link
from the footer.
You can review your past invoices and existing order and trace your order
with UPS using this screen (SECURE SITE).
Pricing
We utilize tiered pricing for all our customers. We believe in rewarding customers who make repeat purchases with additional discounts. Pricing levels are calculated on a monthly basis and accrue quarterly. Levels are good through two calendar quarters.

Sales Tax
PrinterMaster.Com is
California-based company, therefore State law requires us to collect sales
tax of 8% on all orders shipping within California. All orders
outside of California are exempt from sales tax.
Shipping
Minimum Order
We
have a $25.00 minimum order. Orders over $100.00 have free UPS Ground
shipping within the continental United States. Typically,
orders placed before 2 p.m. PST on a normal business day for in-stock
items are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received during
non-operating business hours will be shipped the following business day.
All orders are subject to availability of merchandise. We ship UPS for
delivering all U.S. Continental Packages. Please note: UPS does not ship
to P.O. Box addresses.

How To Pay
We accept Purchase Orders from Government and Educational organizations. All others must have pre-approved terms with us. Please contact us and we will be happy to set up an account for you. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discovery for all others. We do not ship COD.
Returns
Our
Policy
If you are unhappy
with any item you receive, you may return the item as long
as it is in its original, unopened condition within 14 days
of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase
price.
If you are not satisfied with the
performance of any item you receive, we will gladly replace the product or
issue a refund. Toner and Ink cartridges that are returned empty will not
be credited.
How
to Return Items
All
returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time to
obtain your RMA.
Include a copy of the original
invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. For
your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or
Insured US Postal when returning goods. Send the package to

via e-mail of your refund once we have received and
processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
