Our Mission
1001bytes.com’s mission is to provide our customers a single source for all their imaging supplies at a very competitive price.
Our History
In 1988 we started servicing Printer, Fax, and Copy Machines in southern California. Over the years we have seen the problems our customers have had in finding quality supplies at a realistic price. Even though we were in the service business, we got no joy in spending hours cleaning up the damage cheap toner can cause. To help our customers keep their cost as reasonable as possible we recommended product to them that would both work and save them money. We were very selective of what we recommended for the simple reason that we guaranteed it would work for them. With close to 2,000 service customers the last thing we wanted was to put junk in their machines. Over the years our customers asked us to supply them as a one-stop shop for all their consumables. They didn’t want to call a different vendor for each of their different requirements. Additionally, they wanted a discount based on their total purchases. It was easier to deal with one vendor than 3 or 4. The rest is history … 1001bytes was born.
